This past week has been HUGE for the electro house scene, really kicking things off for the first time in 2009. Herve blessed us with some great releases, but Felguk blew everything out of proportion today with this release. Güèšš Whå† is their new original mix with a completely different sound, like nothing we've ever heard from them before. The bassline goes all over the place, rarely repeating the same sound twice. It's wobbly, it's wavy, it's everything I look for in an amazing electro house track. Truly incredible, I am beyond blown away by this release.Fèlgük - Güèšš Whå† (Orígínål Míx)

what new sound? it's the same old tired electro shit we've been hearing for the past 3 years. this song will probably sound really good when you're all mashed up. you couldn't dance to this track sober. not felguk's best work at all. great production quality, however, but lacking in substance and style. it's got a cool little tech-house/minimal subcontext to it, but not much to deviate from the standard electro house feel and genre. C+ for lack of originality and innovation. The only ones really pushing forward great electro house right now are Wolfgang Gartner and S & H,
You obviously have a seriously altered perspective of the electro house genre, and I'm truly sorry to read that comment. This music genre isn't about sounding perfect on the dance-floor when you're "all mashed up," so you can grind on the girl in front of you. It's about the sound that was created from scratch that DJ's are so respected for. The only thing you are even closely valid in saying is the work of Spencer & Hill and the King himself, Wolgang Gartner.
Next time try not to post anonymous, since you are so keen in writing such witty blog comments.
