So with summer just around the corner, it's time to start thinking about the tracks that are gonna tear up the beaches and pool parties. While searching through the new Beatport releases this morning, I came across a track I believe will do just that. Kalus' remix of Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody" is the perfect mix of vocals and electro for fun in the sun. So who is Kalus? Not to be confused with Klaus Hill, Kalus is also a DJ/Producer out of Australia. I'm honestly surprised I'm just hearing about him now, I really love his sound. Take a listen to the tracks provided and expect to hear more bombs from Kalus in 2009.

If the Aston Shuffle isn't on your radar by now then you're looking in all the wrong places. S.co and I have been hooked ever since their remix of "Candy" popped up on the MOS The Annual 2007. Since then, I'd say 95% of their releases have been nothing short of stellar. This remix of N.A.S.A.'s "Gifted" shows you a bit of their chilled out side, while at the same time delivering that crisp Aston Shuffle production quality and sound. I'm feeling it more every time I play it out, give it a listen.

First off, I'm sorry that we've been slow with the posts lately. I'd say it's because of a mix between the lack of releases right now and how busy we've become. DJ S.co has been working on some new residency nights in Hollywood while I've been crammed with school work. Anyways, to show some love to the readers here are the tracks that stood out in our DropBox. Show some support, and keep sending us tracks!!!

Alright guys, here's the track we've been waiting for. If you've recently checked Spencer & Hill or Felguk's myspace page than you already knew this was coming. When I found out Spencer & Hill was working with Felguk I nearly shat myself. They are by far my two favorite production tandems right now. The track that's featured came out on beatport today and is labeled as a "Spencer & Hill Mix," so maybe there are more mixes to come? An original mix? A Felguk mix would be nice.

So the Crookers have been coming out with some pretty wild stuff lately. Their last couple releases have been too fidgety for me to even enjoy, but this one takes takes a nice step back towards the electro house genre. Unfortunately, it's still a Britney Spears remix but hey, at least you know the ladies will love it. :op
